Tuning:	$95.25 plus $4.75 GST = $100.00. Includes tuning plus extra work that can be done in 1.5 hours: Concert tuning, regulating, repairs, etc.
Repairs:	$60.00 per hour.
Advertising House Call: To sell your piano online.	$95.25 plus $4.75 GST = $100.00 Includes inspection, evaluation, minor repairs, digital photograph, website listing until sold, google adwords advertising, AND tuning, all for the price of a tuning.
